These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ggt99 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user", "member"). By creating an account on ggt99 or using this platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

1 General Terms

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Your ggt99 account is entirely personal and permanently registered in your name. Selling, transferring, or renting this account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Verification

If certain deposit or withdrawal thresholds are exceeded, we may request that you complete an identity verification (KYC) process. This may require you to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or other government-issued identification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following terms apply to financial transactions on ggt99:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ggt99 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). No payment methods outside of these are accepted.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• A minimum of ৳100 applies to each deposit.
• Deposited funds may not be available for use until successfully verified.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Additional time may be required to process a withdrawal request if a security review is needed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if any active bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled.
• Withdrawals are only possible via the same method used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ggt99 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has its own specific terms; you must read the relevant terms before accepting any offer.
• Bonus funds and real money are tracked separately.
• ggt99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation.
• One bonus cannot be used alongside another bonus at the same time, unless specifically stated otherwise.

6 Fair Play Policy

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Colluding with other users or forming syndicates to gain an advantage.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems or security.
• Using a false identity or the identity of another person.

If any such conduct is detected, the relevant account will be immediately suspended or cancelled, and ggt99 reserves the right to forfeit all associated balances.

8 Limitation of Liability

ggt99 accepts no responsibility in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical fault.
• If account information is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Due to delays or failures by third-party payment services.
• For any financial loss resulting from placing bets.
• If service is disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or similar circumstances.

9 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the ggt99 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, design, and other elements — is the intellectual property of ggt99 or its licensors, and all rights are reserved.

• Attempting to reverse engineer any part of the platform is prohibited.
• The ggt99 name or brand identity may not be used without authorisation.
